CAAP Côte-Nord services are free and confidential.
Our team's mission is to support you if you are dissatisfied with the care or services received or to be received in health and social services. Thus, we are here to help you express your dissatisfaction so that the services meet your expectations and your needs. In order to serve you well, our professionals travel throughout the Côte-Nord territory.
First of all, the CAAP Côte-Nord team receives and analyzes your request. If necessary, we will direct you to services adapted to your reality, such as medical, social and community resources.
Then, an experienced advisor will support you in your efforts by informing you about your rights and remedies in health and social services as well as possible alternatives.
Our role is to ASSIST and GUIDE you throughout the complaint process. We do not deal with complaints, we support you in your process.
Concretely, we help you:
By informing you about your rights and the procedure for handling complaints
By helping you clarify the subject of your complaint, select and draft the necessary documents
By accompanying you during meetings within the framework of the treatment of your complaint
By supporting you closely throughout your efforts
